In Chinese folklore, the moon rabbits are often portrayed as companions for the Moon Goddess, Chang'e, constantly pounding the elixir of life for her. Just like their name suggested, rabbit ears and tails can be found on these celestial creatures if transformed into their human-like appearance but if in their normal form, they are almost an exact replica of the Earth's rabbits. The only difference is that they can stand on their hind feet and they can mix the so called legendary elixir of life.

Personality :

Quiet and calm, that's what one would instantly noticed in Yue. She doesn't like to talk much unless needed as the moon rabbit would prefer to watch than join conversations; Not to look for weaknesses or strengths of others but to just simply entertain herself.

She would always have a serene look on her face on whatever she's doing. A smile could also be usually seen on her is she is pleased about something. Yue has never experienced being angry before and no one has really made her mad---that and she also has an amazingly huge patience. So seeing an angry expression on this person is very rare.

The girl is overall calm inside and out---but the only problem is that she can be a bit slow in things. She's bad at understanding jokes and sarcasms and often takes things too seriously. When made to do hard physical tasks, Yue can be quite the klutz and would often trip if told to walk on her feet.

History :

Born under the half moon with a twin; Yue was the unfortunate one of the two as she lost her life after a few hours of being conceived. But being a moon child meant that she was destined to become a celestial moon rabbit. Sinless and innocent, the girl was brought to the Moon Goddess to serve under her Excellency.

Yue didn't last long in her task; Even if she was fated to be one of the moon rabbits, being born under a half moon meant that she didn't have all the abilities of a full moon rabbit. The girl found it hard to concoct an elixir of life; only successful in making an elixir that would make her flower ornaments on her hair have eternal life.

Being unable to do her duties as a moon rabbit, Yue was sent to the angels. Since then, she was given the job of being her twin's watcher---a guardian angel. It was a task literally heaven sent for the little one as she enjoyed her new work. Ever since then, the girl started to love watching people around her, may it be her twin or her co-watchers. Unfortunately, her other half got into an accident which caused the twin's death. Because of this, Yue's physical growth stopped--she had no idea why she was growing older along with her twin in the first place, but Yue didn't really have any complains regarding it.

She was depressed at her twin's death but the moon rabbit couldn't really do anything but move on. The only thing that made her feel incomplete was that she was unable to meet her twin. Yue tried to look for her other half, but the Heaven was just too vast, not to mention she isn't allowed to go and check the blazing Hell.

The only way for her to find out though, was to become a Guardian of the Tower. After pleading for her role to be changed for several years, Yue was finally given the approval.

Abilities :

Can turn into a jade colored rabbit.
She is able to run fast if and only if she's in her rabbit form.
Floats (More like hover a few meters off the floor) The fastest she could do is a slow jog.
Able paralyze or make beings fall asleep with a melody using a leaf from her hair ornament. The victim will continue being paralyzed/sleeping so long as she continues to play her music. (Leaflute)
Able to mix sleeping and paralyzing poisons and apply them on needles which will last around 30 minutes to a few hours depending on the dosage(?). (I just thought that she needed a semi-aggressive ability)

Extras :
She has no idea where she got her name, everyone has just been calling her that ever since.
The leaves of her hair ornament grows back instantly as soon as she plucks a piece out of it to play her leaflute.
Not all her melodies have sleeping/paralyzing effects on them. So you can mostly find her playing her leaflute for fun.
Some people might find her "Just watching" hobby simply 'stalkerish' lol.
Loves animals.
Talks slowly and moves slow as well. Except when she's using her needles.
Not hard to ignore her as the bells on her hair ornament tend to make lots of noises when she moves.
Good with making/mixing drinks from sweet drinks to juices to alcohols.
Has lots of covered and poisoned needles under her skirt. They practically take almost all the space of the girl's thighs and legs. [link]
Prefers floating than walking due to the needle straps on her legs and thighs.

I have no idea who her twin is. IDE have anyone to make it for me lol ;;; Even if I did, it would be nice if the artist is good at RPing and slightly good at art lol.

I keep procrastinating my commissions. But thankfully, this is the last one of my 'rewards' for doing work. So now, I'm officially gonna continue on the commissions.
